In consideration to other clients we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.

Appointments that are NOT cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours prior to your appointment time will be charged 50% to your credit card.

No call/ No show will be charged 100% of the service booked by you.

Child Safety
We know your children are great little people. For the safety and comfort of your children, yourself, and our guests, we appreciate your support and understanding of our guidelines regarding having your children in our salon. Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit.

Children are welcome on the salon floor when receiving a service.

Due to the use of hot tools, sharp tools, and chemicals on the salon floor, for your child's safety and protection, we ask that NO children be present on the salon floor when not receiving a service. This includes in strollers, empty salon chairs, or in your lap.

JV Salon does not, under any circumstance, assume responsibility for the well-being of your child during your visit. The guardian assumes all liability for any damages to the retail area during your visit.

- Appointments must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.
- A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
- JV Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at our discretion.
